Psychology, technology and the space where people meet systems.

I am interested in whether technology is understandable, useful and accountable to the people who use it.

My psychology background shapes the questions I ask when I design: what does someone need to notice, understand and decide? Where might a system create unnecessary pressure or confusion? Does a person have meaningful control, or are they simply present in the process?

Through KH Digital Studio, I apply that thinking to websites, apps and practical AI-supported tools. I work directly with clients from the first review to final delivery, translating technical decisions into plain language and keeping accessibility and human agency in view.

I am also exploring and researching responsible AI as I begin my formal postgraduate study. I write about what I am learning, the evidence I find useful and the questions that deserve more attention. I do not present myself as an established AI-safety expert; I aim to contribute carefully, stay within the evidence and be open about uncertainty.
