Project scope

Each service is based on the scope, deliverables, starting price, and notes agreed before work begins. If a brief changes, KHDS may confirm a revised scope or price before continuing.

Payments

Checkout and invoices

Payments may be handled by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. Work may begin after the agreed payment, deposit, or written approval has been received.

Client content

Your materials

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate text, images, brand details, permissions, and legal information needed for their own website or project.

Delivery

Reasonable care

KHDS aims to build clear, thoughtful digital work and test it carefully. Timelines can depend on feedback, content availability, third-party services, hosting, and technical constraints.

Ownership

Finished work

Once agreed fees are paid, the client may use the final approved deliverables for their own business. KHDS may keep reusable methods, general know-how, and non-confidential tooling.
